$97 for a QuickBooks Checkup

$65/hour for Consulting/Training

QuickBooks Checkup

Ever wonder if your QuickBooks file is accurate or if you are using QuickBooks correctly?  Get a QuickBooks Checkup on your file!

While QuickBooks is very user-friendly, it can be easy to input data incorrectly which causes problems in your QuickBooks file.  There may even be issues in your file that are affecting the accuracy of your financial statements that you are not aware of.

For $97 you can send an Accountant's Copy of your file for analysis.  I will check each of the following areas for any possible problems:  Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Statement, Bank Reconciliations, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Payroll, Inventory etc.  In return you will receive a written analysis of any problems that were found and what changes should be made.  From there, you can determine if you can fix the problems on your own or if you need further training.  This can all be done from the comfort of your home or office, regardless of where you live.

To take advantage of this offer take the following steps:

Make a $97 payment through the PayPal button.  Currently I am running a special rate of $65.  As long as that option is available you may chose to pay only $65!

Open your QuickBooks file and set me up as an External Accountant User:

This allows me access to all areas of your file except for any credit card information that you may have in your file on your Customers.  However, it does allow me access to Employee Social Security Numbers.  If you are uncomfortable with that, give me a call and we can discuss an alternative method of getting a file to me without that information.

Company > Set Up Users

     Click on "Add User"

          User Name:  Deb

          Password:  77Analysis77

     Click on "External Accountant"

     Click on the "Yes" button

Send an Accountant's Copy to me at Coach@FinancialBootcamps.com:

File > Send Company File > Accountant's Copy > Client Activities > Send to Accountant

When you are asked for a Dividing Date, use January 1, 2017.

Note:  If you already have an Accountant's Copy out to your CPA you cannot send me one also.  You will need to make a regular Backup Copy and send to me by email.  Unless you get the Accountant's Changes back and import those to your file - then you can send me an Accountant's Copy.

Where you are given the option of sending notes, tell me what QuickBooks Edition you are using such as "QuickBooks Pro Desktop 2017".  You can find that information on the very top line of your file.  Please also give me your Company Name, your Name, and the best email address and phone number to reach you.

I will not be making or sending any changes to your file.  Once you have sent the file to me, you will want to remove the Accountant's Copy Restrictions so you can go back to work as usual.

Once I have checked your file, I will send you a written report on my findings and my suggestions.

If you have any questions with any of the directions given here, please feel free to call me!

Private Training
Private Instruction is conveniently available online from your home or office, no matter where you are.

We can even access your computer remotely during your appointment if you wish.  We will go through your file to pinpoint any problem areas.  You will learn what your CPA is looking for to prepare your tax return.  The more accurate your books are, the less your CPA will charge to clean up your books before preparing the tax return.  The more accurate your books are, the better decisions you can make for your business.

We can then come up with a Plan of Action customized to your specific needs.  You can determine what is important for you to keep in-house and what you would like our Specialists to handle for you.

Even if you think that your books are just fine, many files are not accurate enough to prepare a tax return much less make business decisions.  It isn't just about the data entry but also knowing what is a tax deduction and what isn't.  Properly setting up accounts and inputting data correctly is also a common issue among QuickBooks users.

A one hour appointment will give you a great overview of how well you are doing with your data entry and what questions you should ask your CPA.  Think of it as a quick checkup and schedule your appointment today.  We can also help you with questions or special needs that you have for your business.

To schedule your appointment today, call 970-314-6135 or email coach@financialbootcamps.com
